pizza
If given a choice, I would always choose thin crust pizza (with lots of bacon and cheese toppings). :)

This week we lost someone very dear to us... nobody was prepared for the loss. I guess nobody will ever be prepared... :(

We will always remember...forever.

Love You.

moringa pesto

When I was small we almost always have malunggay in our table (around three times a week) and I guess that's why it's one of my favorite. So when I saw this malunggay pesto being sold at a 'weekend market' I just had to buy it (costs around Php200+).

My verdict? Well, I could be biased because I love pesto, but I know I'll buy another bottle again when we return. hehehe. It does have a slight bitterness to it, but I loved it just the same. :P

Picasa and Picnik

I use picasa3 and I must say I am quite satisfied with it... aside from the fact that it's totally free! What's great about it is that now picnik is already integrated under it's basic fixes (you need internet connection to be able to edit your photos in picnik). Cool. I like picnik, but you've got to pay for all the premium stuffs there. So not cool. But you can't blame them. I know I don't. ;P

Below is a picture edited using picasa with picnik; didn't use photoshop or any other photo editing software. Just picasa3 (with picnik)... had to borrow a shot by hubby, though. :)

Nope, it's nobody's birthday. Not yet, anyway. Hubby took a leave off from work earlier today (or i think i should say 'yesterday'), and after our son arrived from school we decided to go out. No definite plans (we usually do that, lol); just cruising around. Since we were kind of hungry we thought we'd buy Contis' Mango Bravo. It was well worth the wait (they had lots of customers...we even saw Ricky Reyes. hehehe).

Know what's great about buying a whole cake and eating it at home? You can have bigger slices! :D

Had these a few hours ago: Red Ribbon's Tiramisu Meltdown cake and my sister's spaghetti (white sauce with mushrooms and chicken).  We also had fried chicken, but didn't get to take a shot. I was too hungry. :D

Foggy...

Last weekend we went to my MIL's place and as usual, we passed by Tagaytay (Cavite). We were surprised to see fog at that hour (around past nine in the morning); normally you can see the fog in that area during early mornings or at dusk...
fog in Tagaytay
It was a pleasant surprise, though. We don't see fog frequently here in Quezon City. None that I know of, anyway. ;P
